Purpose: The first STAR Computational Toxicology Progress Review Workshop will be held at the EPA's research facility in Research Triangle Park, NC. This scientific forum will provide an opportunity for EPA scientists, program offices, and regional representatives to hear presentations, and interact with grantees and EPA scientists, on recent computational toxicology research.

The workshop will bring together STAR researchers funded by the 2003 RFA on High-Throughput Screening Approaches, and the 2004 RFA on Systems Biology in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment as well as EPA scientists funded through the ORD initiative to support the Research Framework for a Computational Toxicology Research Program. The workshop is being held in cooperation with the EPA's Computational Toxicology Implementation Steering Committee.
