Title: A Tool for Sustainability: Measuring Outcomes with Indicators of Ecosystem Health
Researchers have developed a tool to assess, evaluate, and monitor rangeland health based on ecological and economic sustainability goals. The team used stakeholder input to refine the framework that they based on an area of 400,000 acres of mixed-ownership rangeland. They then verified it using on-the-ground testing by both researchers and stakeholders.
